It’s in good used condition.
A shoulder strap can be used with it, I don’t have a shoulder strap.

@eviemae1 , Hi, sorry… I should have given you a measurement with it lying flat, completely empty.
You’re correct, at the too, lying flat, from zipper end to end, it is 15.5”
