This cute vintage dress is in excellent condition. The dress looks to be handmade, as there are no tags inside. The zipper is metal, which means that it is original and vintage. The fabric is likely polyester, but the color and print are a gorgeous jewel tone sapphire blue. The front has a pleated shirt with a bow at the waist.
