@bhattibaria there are no stains! These are in great/excellent condition! There is no fading and no wear on the crotch area. I will provide some measurements I hope this helps you!

Back of Waist laying flat 17”
Front of waist laying flat 18”
31” inseam
From the top of the hem in the front of the pants to the crotch area pants measure 8”
From the top of the hem in the back of the pants to the crotch they measure 11.5”.
