Born Gallinara Over the Knee Black Suede Boots. Almond toe. Inside zipper closure. Tie in the back that can tighten the boot around the leg. 2" stacked heel. Shaft is 20.5" Top opening is 9". Interior is lined in a soft flannel-like material. Great pre-owned condition. Leather is in good condition. A few lighter areas where the grain of the leather goes the other way. Clean on the inside and outside. Little to no wear on the bottom soles. Size 7.5M.

stickfigures@madamford They could but the size and material content are printed on the front of the top leather trim and would show (see pic 7). You could turn down that strip of leather and tuck under the plaid flannel interior and have a 1.5" turned down cuff at the knee.
