Do you have a way to see if the calf circumference is really 14.37 at the top? I was hoping it's more 15 inches... I just want to make sure these wouldn't be too tight for me. Thank you so much!

Of course! I just measured the inside circumference at the top of the boot and it is 15.5". Its the mid-calf measurement that's the 14.3". It has an elastic portion at the top that's 2 5/8" long that allows for expansion of the shaft.

To clarify, the top opening is 15.5" plus the elastic stretch that would make it a bit bigger as it stretched, but it's 15.5" without the elastic stretching. The elastic could add another 2" max.
