@jeannebenson30 Yes, it has a bit of stretch but it’s not a “clingy”fabric. I would say it’s a generous size 16. It also has darts (pic) under the arm in the chest area. I tried to take a little video but it looked silly…. I’ll try again when someone is home to help me. Thank you for your interest, have a great day.
