New with tags, never worn. Measurements in pics. Would look great with leggings and boots! Fits more like a small or medium depending if you wear it lower on the hip or higher waisted, it also has lots of stretch. I usually wear a 24” waist or size 0-2 and this is a size or two too big for me., more like a size 4-6.
