Unique Vintage belted midi dress with whimsical hand fan print throughout. Comfortable and lightweight, with back zipper enclosure. V neckline, with short flutter sleeves, and has pockets! Marked as medium, but I did decide to mark it as a large. Not only does the bust measure at 36, but there are many elastic panels in the 32 inch waist that allow for very generous stretch.
