Shoes are new, never worn. Scratches on soles (as shown on photo) from the store try-ons, shoes were on display. Sorry, no box or dust bag. There is a small scratch on one of the labels inside the shoe (as shown on photo). It is reflected in price. I bought them before my bunion surgery hoping that I will be able to wear heels, but unfortunately I cannot. Never wanted to part with these lovelies.
