@lbbn1973 Hi there. Sorry I missed your first question. It’s an elastic waist that is 15in across without being stretched. When stretched it goes up to 19in. The material is polyester. It’s very well made and very comfortable. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you. 😊
