Vintage 60s navy blue rayon crepe dress by Ben Barrack. Trim decorated bodice, long sleeves, straight skirt, fitted waist, small cowl collar, small bow in back, back zipper, fully lined. ILGWU label. Perfect smart office or event outfit. So cute!! Excellent vintage condition. Vintage size 12, approximately a modern women's small. Measurements lying flat Bust: 17” Waist: 13.5” Hips: 20” Length: 39” Notes: Ben Barrack owned the Seventh Avenue fashion house in New York. He was a charter member of the New York Dress Institute, which was formed in 1940. His wife, Florence, was the actual designer at Ben Barrack until 1969.
