@davidfesta1 I usually use a Large USPS Box, but it is still cramp. The jacket will ship in a plastic cover, and since it cannot find a much larger box, I may need to just use triple plastic packaging to ship it in. Otherwise the only Large is a USPS Large box. Is that okay?

To avoid the wrinkles, I can send it in triple plastic bag that can make sure the jacket sleeves are not cramped while protecting the fluff of the jacket.
