Waist - 13.5 inches hip to hip (stretchy waist band.) They stretch to approx 16 inches hip to hip.
Length - 38inches long from waist to the bottom. (These are High Waisted.)

I didnt realize the photo was cropped so much but these are high waisted wide leg pants, not capris. Thin material, very airy and flowy.
