Afternoon, What does this measure as to L x H (w/o handle) x W (bottom thickness, 2", 3", etc...? Are there any cracks, worn corners, etc... especially cracks in the patent at or under the hinge points where the frame comes together, including the deep folds of the patent? By the by, as Theodor and other purse manufactures from the 50's through the end of the 70's, rarely used actual Tanned leather and Patent Leather, is there a tag or stamped marking on the lining denoting Patent Leather?

I ask, as Theodor, and must all other bags manufactures used either Man-made faux leather (vinyl) or Patent vinyl. Also, what I see and don't see when looking at the Patent of this handbag, is the normal aging that should present if it were actual Patent Leather.
Thanks!

Thank you for questions. Measurements are 9” w. X 8” h. 9not including handle. X 3 1/2” at bottom. This purse is from my personal closet and, have had for over 25 years. My understanding was that it was patent leather, it sounds like you may know more about patent leather, thanks for clarification I will make a note in listing that it “ looks like”. Greatly appreciated. I am uploading additional pictures showing no wear at handles for you to review. No other stamp except tag that says Theodor
