This one's made in Germany-authentic vintage MCM from the Munich days, not the later Korean production. The plaque and code scream original craftsmanship. Has a signature I cant fully make out. This was on of the first batches of MCMs Very good vintage condition! As pictured! As is Theres a black patch on the inside that could possibly be taken off if you want. I was advised that it doesnt interfere with authentication or value of bag. Its just glued on. Might be an old german label that was completely rubbed of or could be a leather patch but I doubt it. Light rubbing on piping. OPTI zipper pull (the brand is Opti, a German zipper manufacturer that’s been around since the 1930s). Real MCM bags do use Opti zippers quite often — especially older/vintage pieces and some current production lines. Having “OPTI” stamped on the pull is completely normal and is actually a good sign, not a red flag. High-end brands like MCM, Longchamp, Prada, etc. frequently use Opti, Lampo, or riri zippers instead of the more common YKK. So the zipper itself is legit and consistent with a real MCM bag.
