Very pretty and feminine Free People navy-blue hi-low fluted blouse with deep V neckline and pretty tan/yellow/gray floral embroidered design along with pretty decorative tassel tie on back. Size is XS but it fits more like a Size S. Body is 100%rayon/floral embroidery is 100%cotton. Machine wash cold/line dry. It measures about 16” pit to pit x 25” long in front x 32” long in back.
