Unique Vintage 1999 Old Navy "Duct Tape" Pants - Youth Sz 12 These pants have a unique shell, which is semi-shiny and reminds me of duct tape, which is the reason my grandson dubbed them "duct tape" pants - lol They have pockets on the legs, and a clear "window" on the right side pocket Waist and leg openings are adjustable with Velcro panels Great vintage condition, but does show some wear on the right knee (please see pictures) Waist measures 26" Inseam measures 26.5"
