Hi! Yes, the boost concentrate for sure and the cream should be as well. I bought them together and never opened or used them other than one of the boost I bought more than one. But I can confirm on Monday as I am out of town and can add on a photo of you are still interested I can tag you and let you know.

@soleluna1155 Hi. Just added a couple photos. The moisturizer is sealed like the oil. The boost isn’t but it’s how it came portably because it’s powder not liquid. But all items are new in original packaging unused. Hope that helps!
