This is the Svaha Rainbowsaurus Twirl Dress in size 13-14, new with tags. It features a fun, multicolored dinosaur print, waist seam, short sleeves, circle skirt and pockets. Per the Svaha size chart, this size measures 32" bust, 30" waist, 35" total length. It is a thick cotton with a lot of stretch, so it will fit someone a bit bigger. I did buy this for myself (an adult), but the sleeves are a little too tight for me. I would recommend it for the intended audience or a smaller adult. Composition is 100% cotton. You can throw it in the wash and then into the dryer, but I've found Svaha dresses, despite being preshrunk, do shrink a little in the dryer. I recommend drying flat.
