Vintage 1980s 1990s Skirt, Norton McNaughton Petites Polka Dot and Floral

Charming vintage skirt from the 1990s, maybe the 1980s. Black with a fun polka dot and floral print. Pleated in front. Label reads: Norton McNaughton, 100% rayon. Size 6 but do see measurements below as vintage sizing is different than modern. Excellent vintage condition. A couple inches of bottom hem on the skirt that needs restitched. Measurements when lying flat, Doubled at bust, waist, and hip. Skirt Waist: 29" Hip: free to about 53" Length: 25" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
