New MZW Seersucker Empire Tote

Adorable seersucker (textured, not just a "printed" illusion) large Empire Tote. I snipped the tag off in the summer (but still present) then ended up switching bags and unfortunately never used. I am trying to downsize and this great bag deserves a good home! Leather zipper pills still wrapped in protective paper, detachable shoulder strap still wrapped. Details and measurements are in last 2 photos. No smells, tears or stains, brand new condition!
