Handmade by me. Women’s Tiered dress 100% cotton size M/L

Handmade by me with preshrunk 100% new cotton. The bodice is two layers and made to fit empire waist, just below the bust. I made the waist with elastic so that it is adjustable. As you will see in the measurements, at the smallest it’s 15” and largest it’s 20”. For reference, I am wearing it and I measure 36” all the way around the bust. Falls just above the knee but measures 23” from waist to hemline. I will ship this item out same day or next business day. (Depending on time of purchase) Offers always welcome!
