Gorgeous new with tags attached Navy top with white pinstripes. Gold metal button details on shoulders. Short sleeves, peplum hem, zips up the back with lots of stretch for a custom fit. Not stretched is measurement in photo, stretched it easily goes to 22" flat maybe 23" but that might be pushing it. I've also included a RL Lauren size chart.
Purchased but was wrong size, fits true to size. From a pet and smoke free home
