It has a 346 label which is their factory line, but it was an open secret that aside from some of the business wear, all the 346 womenswear was relabeled mainline merchandise. This piece has been worn very little, but has managed to pick up a small stain on the front and is missing the button on the waistband, both of which are pictured. Well, the button isn't pictured because it's missing, but you can see the lonely buttonhole.
