Any issues with this? Fading? Pilling?

These red do fading. I can take a picture next to a new black one that I have. They are both a “dusty” black color. Not jet black. As far as piling I will examine again, but I take good care of my clothes. Having said that, it is NOT a new skirt so the fabric isn’t flawless. Hope that helps.
