Jacket is not reversible, as the sleeves are lined with a silky acetate material that would show if the jacket were worn with the gray side out. Shoulders measure 16 inches across, bust measures 21 inches from armpit to armpit seam, sleeves measure 21 inches long snd can very cuffed to show the gray interior. Overall length of jacket is 23 inches. In pristine previously owned condition.
