Do you feel like this is cut too long for a petite? I'm a large but I'm 5'6 with a fairly large chest, reviews said the standard size was really long so wondering if the petite is maybe more normal fitting

I’m 5’1 and it’s definitely long. Could wear over leggings, my bottom is completely covered.
