Berta Bridal Couture Maggiore 24-08

Purchased from the Berta NYC Flagship store, I wore this dress for my wedding ceremony in Palm Beach November 2024. The dress is a sheer light ivory/champagne color with white floral applique. While sheer the dress still provides modest coverage. On the top, I removed the cups since they were too big and opted not to replace them since the floral applique provided enough coverage for me. The bottom of the dress has 6+ different layers of different fabrics and includes a body suit; with nude undergarments from SPANX I felt like there was enough coverage to not add lining. The floral applique has a light beading included in it and one of the sheer layers of fabric has some sparkle to it that provides an elegant shimmer to the dress. In addition to removing the cups, the dress was taken in slightly around the bust area and shortened to accommodate my height of 5’9 with heels. The dress was only worn for a couple hours for photos and the ceremony and has been professionally dry cleaned. There are some very minor tears / snags on some of the fabric layers on the bottom of the dress, but they are not very noticeable when wearing the dress. If you plan to hem the dress at least ~2-3 inches, it would be in near perfect condition. Dress is bridal size 38 and taken in slightly. I wear a size 0 or 2.
