This is a vintage clothing item in USED IMPERFECT CONDITION. Size 0-6 Months, year unknown (but seems to be 80's possibly.) Button closure in back, snaps on bottom. There are some flaws associated with age and wear, please closely inspect photos. There is faint staining on cat applique, and faint staining on the inside of one foot. It's the same color stain, possibly food. This staining could appear in other areas, and I may have missed it (it's faint.) Rear has loose stitching, but it doesn't seem to be the same stitching that holds the garment together- so perhaps harmless? Elastic may need replaced (it's no longer functional), but it's still very cute in its current condition - especially if it's only being used for a costume, birthday party, photography session, etc. End of one bow applique is damaged, both bows could be replaced quickly and easily to ensure the repair matches.
