Zips up the back. Straps are adjustable. Waist is 13.5” across when not stretched, about 16.5” when stretched. Bottom of skirt falls around the calves, and top rests just below the chest. Matching blazer has a single button and features a peplum bottom to give an hourglass shape. Has a luxurious silky purple lining. In like-new condition. Only worn once.
