Versatile from office-wear to street-wear, this lovely navy blue, olive green and cream silkie is quite the closet classic. It has shoulder pads intact. At some point, they were held down with safety pins, laundered with pins, leaving behind traces of rust on the pads. These do not impact the appeal of the blouse itself.
