vintage sheer nylon ruffled Penoir robe or jacket

never mind the luck you know it’s vintage when you see a maid in America tag. This is a sheer red nylon with a more solid pleated ruffle at the neck in the end of those sleeves. No holes in excellent condition please note there is some mottling in the fabric. I don’t believe it affects the look, but you may so look closely.
