Mother of pearl buttons. Chest pocket. Shown in last picture is very small white spot near back of cuff. Not sure if it’s a variation in the fabric or possibly a small bleach spot. Not at all noticeable. Great natural breathable linen. Roomy oversized fit, long line with shirttail longer in back. Can be worn open as an over shirt or even a swim cover up as well as buttoned.
