I know you showed a gem test in the photo, but gem testers are primarily for diamonds. I worry about the gem being real. Is there no authentication letter for the gem? Is there any assurance that you can provide me?

I have had this necklace for years. I don’t remember much about it. I believe the gem is man made. I don’t know a lot about jewelry. I bought this from Macy’s for myself. The chain is 14KT. and I feel that it is worth this price. Thank you for your interest.
