New with tags this mini multipurpose bag can be worn as a crossbody or hip bag with detachable strap that adjusts from 24” long to 48” long. Bag measurements are in photos. Came with the tags you see in the photos attached but tag says bag is black…I got a special deal on several of these because they were “mistagged” and thus considered factory seconds Vibrant color blocking, outer velcro pocket, zippered pocket inside and two compartments. there is also a key ring attached to the inside.
