Bovke tuning fork set in a sleek case. Features silver forks and a blue mallet, as well as other nursing supplies. Does not include the stethoscope as I took that out and gave it away, but everything else is brand new, never used. I only did a semester of nursing before I realized I couldn’t handle death.
