Vintage 1980s 1990s Blouse, Norton McNaughton Petites Polka Dot and Floral

Charming vintage blouse from the 1990s, maybe the 1980s. Black with a fun polka dot and floral print. Blouse has a keyhole back with a button at the top. Short sleeves. Label reads: Norton McNaughton, 100% rayon, size 8, but do see measurements below as vintage sizing is different than modern. Excellent vintage condition. There is a pinhole on the blouse, and the loop for the button at the back of the neck looks a bit stretched out. Measurements when lying flat, Doubled at bust, waist, and hip. Blouse Armpit to armpit across bust: 37" Waist: 36" Shoulder to bottom hem: 21.5" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
