EP Pro Quilted Full Zip High Collar Black Quilted Jacket. It has a pocket on the front in Size XL. Measurements: Sleeve length 21 1/2" Armpit to Armpit 22 1/2" Length 25" This vest is in good condition. It appears to have some wash wear, unless it is supposed to be a washed black color. The high neck looks like it needs to be washed and I have only steamed it.
