Vintage Darcy Union Made 80s Black and White Polka Dot Party Dress, Sz 9/10

Vintage Darcy 1980s black long sleeve mini dress with white polka-dot flounced skirt. Made in the USA, Union made. Asymmetrical or drop waist, ruffled skirt. Hidden back zipper. Textured fabric on the top and sleeves. Shoulder pads! Tagged as a size 9/10 Measuring laying flat approximately: 17" armpit to armpit, 14" across the waist, 15.5" across the waist, & 38"in length Based on these measurements the dress is approximately a modern size small, women's size 4-6. Gently used- minor staining on the skirt, please see photos. IMO, not noticeable when on. I do no model or trade Offers welcome! L J1004
