Brand new with tags. Size small (22 inch circumference) Purchased and it is too snug on my head. I also have an XS which would def fit someone with a smaller head. Hopefully someone else gets to love it! Rare denim style. Longer rim gives it a more feminine look. You can roll up the rim in the front or wear it as is.
