NWT AVN floral summer dress tagged Italian size 40, which is US size 4. Because there is no closure (pullover only) or give to the fabric, I would say it is true to size due to the top being pretty snug. It will not be the best option for a woman with a generous bust, imo. 51" shoulder to hem, just over 32" bust. 100% woven cotton. AVN is a high end brand from Italy, with their dresses retailing over $450.
