I cleaned them and used a cleaner with bleach to clean the white soles and the bottom of the shoes. The person I purchased them from did not clean them. I never wore them so I didn’t realize there was some dirt on the soles and the bottom of them. I also added some things that you might find useful since it is a birthday present 🎁. You can use them or not. I hope I helped.🙏🏻😊
