Gorgeous designer dress! Perfect example of understated elegance with just a flashy touch. It has pockets! The neoprene is not the stiff kind. It is new with tags but please note the elastic shoulder bands are a bit stretched out from hanging in my daughter's closet for a year, she got it as a gift but ended up not using it in her graduation photoshoot. Easily fixable if you are crafty or by a professional seamstress, it wouldn't even be noticeable. My daughter is 5'4" and wears a small, please see pics. Perfect for prom, a quinceanera, a wedding.
