*NWT* White Lace Strapless A-Line Wedding Dress/Prom Dress

This elegant strapless dress features intricate lace detailing and a flowing silhouette. The top is lace & has structured cups and bodice. Skirt is tulle over satin. There is a little bit of dust on the inside of the skirt at the bottom as it was a sample dress - could be taken out with a dry clean but isn’t really noticeable on the outside regardless. Floor length with a bit of extra length for heels. Size says 8 - bust is 15 inches & waist is 13 inches across.
