NWT XL Farm Rio Dress

Elegant floral dress in black and cream. Perfect for any occasion. This is a NWT size XL Farm Rio sleeveless square neckline fringe midi dress. This is a gorgeous dress with adjustable straps. There is an extra 2 inches of stretch across the chest due to elastic in the back. Also, has a zipper for easy on and off. The fringes add such an incredible touch of elegance to this dress. I purchased this for myself to wear to a formal graduation gathering but it was too large. I never got the chance to alter it.
