amusinggrace @allnew2u2 That’s great. I sent them over 10 emails initially with all my concerns. I requested to speak to a live person and was never granted that request so congratulations on that! Two big things for me 1) I have almost 300,000 followers and I went to having 2-5 sales a week to ZERO. It has been so frustrating and disappointing to me. Thankfully this is a sidekick job for me, but i definitely do not spend much time on the app anymore compared to what I used to.

amusinggrace @allnew2u2 2) I live in Alaska so ground shipping for me means barge by Ocean and can sometimes take 3-4 weeks 🫤 I’ve written to them multiple times about offering a priority shipping upgrade option that buyers can pay for but no one has even addressed it in my emails. Mostly because they are answered by AI now. Anyway, I’m glad to hear you have an actual meeting with an actual human! Good luck
