Is it possible Le to get pit to put and waist measurements please? Is it meant to be kind of oversized, loose/flowy? Stretchy?

In my opinion, I believe it’s meant to be more fitted than loose/flowy. There’s really no stretch to the fabric. I’m a 36DD and there’s not much room in the chest area but it still fits without being tight.
