kogarashiI believe so because it's slightly swing coat-shaped. If you're XS the shoulder width probably matters more, but it's 19.5" pit to pit, and 16" shoulder width. I'm a busty S (35-36" widest) and it ended up feeling slightly restrictive on me right at the bust, didn't flow as well - hence listing. Hope that helps!
