sshockley11 What is the fabric content? Is it a raincoat or a winter coat? Also how is condition? Any flaws or signs of wear??

ccleaning @sshockley11 it’s polyester it says water resistant on the label on the 2 nd picture, I also put that the buttons in the front needs a new stitching. Feel like a satin type material. Nothing broken or torn. But like I said, buttons need some tlc.
