Unique Monet silver tone necklace with a 3.5-inch pendant ( including bale) on a 24-inch long chain in very good vintage condition. This reminds me of a wind chime. It's certainly different and will definitely get you noticed. Probably 1970s, Very Art Deco, and has the signed spring ring clasp with Monet hang tag signed on both sides.
